Deathcore to programmed stadium metal

BMTH started in Sheffield deathcore, then absorbed electronic production via Fish. Sempiternal is the turn: harsh/clean vocals over programmed drops and Malia riffs. Throne shows the same band writing alt-radio stadium hooks. The arc is genre mobility inside one lineup core.

Fish-era five peak

Sykes, Malia, Kean, and Nicholls hold from formation. Curtis Ward then Jona Weinhofen on rhythm guitar early; Fish joined in 2012 as keys/production member. Fish left in 2023; the core four continues with touring keys. Peak citation: Sempiternal–That’s the Spirit with Fish.

UK metalcore-to-alt path

Later UK/US metalcore and alt-metal acts cite Sempiternal’s electronic integration. The radio path sits near Linkin Park without copying nu-metal wholesale. Throne is a frequent reference for chant metal-alt. Peer context: 2000s-revival scene mobility.
