Malcolm Young
Glasgow, Scotland / Sydney, Australia · Guitar · Songwriting
AC/DC rhythm guitarist; right-hand eighth-note grind as the band’s engine until 2014.
Born 1953. Rhythm parts define AC/DC more than solos. Exits mid-2010s for health; nephew Stevie Young covers later tours. If you mute Malcolm’s track, the ‘AC/DC feel’ usually collapses.
