Voice = band identity: Linger / Zombie-era mass recognition sits on O’Riordan’s delivery, not a guitar brand.

Born 1971, Limerick. Joins The Cranberries 1990. Everybody Else Is Doing It… and No Need to Argue put Linger and Zombie on 90s alt/MTV—soft arpeggio verses against louder chorus grind on Zombie. Band pauses 2003–09; reunions continue until her death 2018. Hub: Irish alt-pop’s international face is a vocal method; Hogan brothers’ guitar frame supports it.
