Ramones bassist; 1-2-3-4 count-ins and early lyric drafts.
Born Douglas Colvin, 1951. Bass and many early count-ins/lyrics. Leaves 1989; later bassists continue tours. Count-in pedagogy on Blitzkrieg Bop is his clearest citation. Writing + pocket more than flash technique.
